SHIPPING POLICIES
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing. All orders are
shipped via USPS, UPS, Federal Express or comparable carrier. Processing
time of your order can vary from 1-5 days depending upon product availability.
Orders shipped by ground service average 4-10 business days from date
of order to reach its destination.
For all online orders,
we offer FREE shipping. When calculating actual ship date, please do
not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.
Currently, we only ship to the continental United States, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico and Alaska. Orders destined for Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska will
ship via Two-Day Service at an additional charge. We will notify you
of any additional charges before shipping.
UPS and Federal Express will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please indicate
a complete street address for all orders.
For everyone’s protection, we only ship to the “Billing
Address” on file with your credit card company.

RETURN POLICIES
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If within one year after receipt of your
merchandise, you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return
the merchandise for a full refund or exchange (see instructions below).
If merchandise is delivered
with damages or defects, original shipping and handling will be refunded.
We make every effort to ensure all orders are accurate. If you have

Advance authorization
must be obtained to return merchandise. In requesting return authorization
please contact us directly at (772)334-7624 and provide us with your
name, invoice number, product name to return and date of invoice to
insure proper handling. All returned merchandise must be in original
factory cartons, free of all marking.
